Carolyn Reed
Reed has been a Massage Therapist since 2014. She graduated from the River Valley School of Massage Therapy. She also has a Master's in Teaching and a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. She has worked with high school and college athletes, Gold Medalists, infants, and elder care clients. She performs deep tissue, athletic massage, reflexology, Swedish, trigger point therapy, pre-natal, hot stone massage, bamboo massage, inter-oral massage for TMJ, medical massage, reflexology, body mobilization techniques, chair massage, and spa treatments.
Brad O'Kelley
O'Kelley is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Batesville, AR. He obtained his license from Massage Works School of Massage in Mountain View, AR in 2022. He performs Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Pre and Postnatal, Hot Stone massage, Cupping, Reflexology, Fascia Smoothing, and Chair Massage.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
We require a 6-hour notice when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. For cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment, a fee will apply ranging from 10% to 40% of the service cost, depending on the time of cancellation. Cancellations made within 1 hour of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For appointments scheduled before 10 AM, we require a 2-hour notice for cancellations. If this notice isn’t provided, a 30% fee of the booked service will be charged. No call no shows will be charged equal to 100% of the costs of services booked.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
