The Fine Print
- A 60-day minimum commitment (two billing cycles) is required for all memberships.
- Memberships renew automatically each month on the date of activation.
- Memberships may be cancelled at any time after the 60-day minimum by providing 30 days’ notice through the client portal or by contacting the front desk.
- Each month includes one service credit valid for the service(s) listed under your membership tier.
- Unused credits roll over once (valid for 60 days) before expiring. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for retail, gratuities, or gift cards.
- Membership pricing and benefits cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge to the card on file. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of that month’s service credit.
- Members enjoy ongoing discounts on additional services and retail purchases throughout the month, plus exclusive pricing during member events.
- Membership payments are non-refundable.
- All personal and billing information is securely stored and used solely for maintaining your membership. Your information will never be shared or sold.
